Hall Rental
Located in Downtown Georgetown our hall offers you a cost effective facility for your next event, up to 120 guests.
The hall is wheelchair accessible, equipped with handicap washrooms and Wi-Fi is available.
Our Ladies Auxiliary to Br. 120 offers catering for your event. Ask the Branch Booking Agent for contact information.
Contact the Branch Booking Agent at br120legion@rclbr120.com for availability. Please leave your name, contact information, the date you would like to rent the hall and the type of event.
A $200.00 refundable DEPOSIT is required upon signing and submitting the Hall Rental Agreement.
Full payment must be received within fourteen (14) business days of the event.
Monday to Thursday – 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. – $100.00
Friday & Saturday – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. – $150.00
Friday & Saturday – 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. – $275.00
Members only – $150.00
Decorating – Monday to Friday 4 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m.
Note: If you require decorating the night before your event – $75.00

Bartender Fee: $100.00 (includes two bartenders)
Lounge Rental
Lounge (MEMBERS ONLY) up to fifty (50) guests. A $150.00 refundable deposit is required upon signing and submitting the Lounge Rental Agreement. Contact the Branch Booking Agent for more details at br120legion@rclbr120.com.
